About Michaela

Michaela is a British actor, singer and writer based in Hertfordshire, Greater London. After studying Music at The University of Southampton, she trained in Musical Theatre Performance at The Royal Academy of Music.

Boasting an eclectic creative career, Michaela’s many acting roles include Sophie in the world premiere of “I’m Sorry Prime Minister, I Can’t Quite Remember…” (written and directed by Johnathan Lynn), Dorien in the world premiere of “The Unquiet Grave” (written and directed by Greg Mosse), Lucinda in “Into The Woods” (directed by Matthew Xia), Honey Grey in “Lady of Jazz (written and directed by Greg Mosse) and Juliet in “Romeo and Juliet” (directed by Emma Gersch).

As well as performing, Michaela has published several advice articles for casting websites Spotlight and Backstage. She also shares advice and insights into life as a jobbing actor on her blog and YouTube channel.

As a singer and vocal artist, Michaela is an active member of The West End Gospel Choir. She also does session work with London Voices, providing choral music for various projects such as feature films, video games and audio libraries.
